Stupid

People are stupid. 

People do not understand their worth, and that makes me more mad than when Michael left The Office. I do not understand why people let crappy people have a free pass in their life, like "yeah I know you were awful to me and caused me so much heartache but it's cool imma let you back in to hurt me again." Like to me, those people are a pair of Forever 21 jeans. Forever 21 jeans are good in the moment because they're like what $14.99 and you have a cute pair of jeans for a night, cool right? And then they're so cheap so you end up buying like 10 pairs over the next two months, and it just gets better because you have more jeans! But then you realize after you wash those bad boys, they loose their shape, the jeans start to fade, your butt looks saggy and you wasted that $14.99. What you did not realize why purchasing those multiple pair of Forever 21 jeans is that if you would have saved up your money to invest in a good pair from The Gap or Nordstrom or even American Eagle, you could have a nice and reliable pair of jeans that make your butt look FANTASTIC even after the 3 months you have had them, even after a year, and yeah maybe you do not have as many pairs, but the ones you do have contain great worth.

I think friends are like this. No one wants a Forever 21 jeans friend. No one wants the friend that is cool to you for the moment, but after a while fades away and does not hold up their end of the deal. We, as humans, are special. We feel emotion and we have compassion and we love and we lose sometimes, but sometimes we need to weed out the Forever 21 jeans people, I am not saying I think one should cut everyone out of their life to be happy, I am just saying we need to be careful who we put our trust in, whose hands we let our happiness fall in. It is important to be kind to everyone, even the Forever 21 jean kind of friends, but everyone needs a good pair of denim friends, a friend that is there for you even when you are not the greatest human or even the greatest friend- we are all worth that atleast.
